How do I take the Remedies for myself, my children or pets?

Essences can be administered in a variety of ways:

Usual application;place prescribed number of drops on or under your tongue, being extremely careful not to let the dropper come in contact with anything. If you’re able it’s a great idea to take some time and relax by either sitting or lying down. This allows your physical body time to gently incorporate these energetic shifts. (For some people the remedies offer a unique experience & they’re able to feel energetic & physical changes taking place.)
Put prescribed number of drops in a glass of water or water bottle and sip throughout the day.
Place a few drops in your bath water and relax.
Add a few drops to your favorite massage oil or body cream……this method can be particularly useful for professional massage therapists and their clients.
Vaporizers; I’ve used essences in the tank or the little well provided ……..this is a particularly good application for sick pets and children that don’t want any more fussing over.
Animals often enjoy drinking the essences straight from the dropper once they realize what their getting…….. It’s then a good idea to make up a separate bottle to use for the day….like a “glass of water” for your pet. Fill a small dropper bottle with spring water using the directed amount of drops …… I keep a separate dropper and wash it thoroughly between uses, you can purchase extra bottles from me or you may be able to find them in a good pharmacy.
Add it to your pet’s drinking water……..if there are multiple pets it doesn’t matter……..no harm will come and often the undiagnosed pet gets unexpected benefits!!
Make up a “sprayer bottle” for your pet and gently spray it in their aura or around them……gently so they breath it in……..they enjoy this application as well once they are familiar with it and the key to success is in the application…….Gentle and Easy!! It doesn’t need to be full and frontal if you get my drift.
Add it to bath water or shampoo when bathing your pets.
Birds love to be sprayed with the remedies. They feel like they’re getting a shower, often they’ll spread their wings, turn and bend over so you get them from all angles….(that’s what our cockatiel Boomerang does……..and she’s 17!)
Try massaging it into the inside ear (skin area) of you cat or dog……..they love the extra attention.
Let them lick it out of the palm of your hand.
Spraying is great for wild and injured animals that we often come across in the Spring. This can help without interfering or upsetting them too much……again the key is GENTLE and EASY.

Directions for “CLEARING” SPRAY or “Smokeless Smudge”: Spritz this energetically charged spray in areas that need cleansing.

Use it on yourself after a tension filled day, or during times of stress to help remove the negativity that builds up.

Many health care practitioners find it useful to spray between clients to restore a “clean” atmosphere.

CLEARING may be used orally on or under tongue or by adding to a glass of water to sip throughout the day.

What Do I Do If I Touch the Dropper?

First of all…try NOT to touch the dropper against ANYTHING….particularly your mouth or hands. If this does happen, as it almost always invariably will…….Don’t Panic…….simply wash the dropper off under running water or wipe it with some alcohol etc. before returning it to the bottle….it’ll be as good as new.
